4.1 Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Participants under 18 may require parental or guardian consent for certain programs.

4.2 Course Registration

Course enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide notice and offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

4.3 Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance and active participation are essential for getting the most value from our courses. While we understand that circumstances may occasionally prevent attendance, consistent absence may affect your learning outcomes. We encourage you to notify us in advance if you need to miss a session.

4.4 Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

5.1 Payment

Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in British Pounds and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our organization:

• • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee
• • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund
• • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund
• • No refunds are provided after the course has commenced

Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

5.3 Course Transfers

You may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course date, subject to availability. Transfer requests made more than 7 days before the course start date will be accommodated without additional fees when possible.

6.1 Our Content

All content provided through our website and courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of SpeakWell Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to Use Course Materials

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the materials without our prior written consent.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or share as part of your course participation. However, by sharing content with us, you grant SpeakWell Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for educational and promotional purposes, including testimonials and case studies, unless you explicitly opt out.

SpeakWell Academy and our logo are trademarks of our organization. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

7.1 Service Uptime
